| This traditional
fisherman’s cottage is set in the once busy fishing village of Whitehills
on the Moray Firth coast. The cottage is only a two minute walk from the
beach and another few minutes to the harbour, marina and play ground which
has a paddling pool during the summer months. It is close to the local store, fish shop,
post office and pubs. The parish church is a short walk up
the hill. |

The accommodation is comfortable,
with full gas central heating, a modern kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a refurbished bathroom with shower. A small cosy dining area is immediate to the living
room. Freeview, WiFi Broadband and DVD surround sound are also available. There are two double
bedrooms; one on the ground floor and the other on the first. The first floor bedroom has been upgraded

| The garden is a quiet and
secluded area set with garden furniture giving you the opportunity to eat
out on the many peaceful and sunny evenings which the area enjoys. Sparrows,
blackbirds and chaffinches are regular visitors to the bird table which
adds to your enjoyment. Listen carefully and hear in the distance, the loud
and continuous song of the skylark. Parking is on road with sufficient space
for two cars immediate to the cottage. |
